Health goal: 2Kg by end of month (end goal: 84Kg), and as for the how will attempt keto. No exercise yet. Middle goal(90Kg) will start looking into fitness/gym stuff

Money: Max 1 food delivery per week

Habit: Up by 7 am at the latest!

Let me recommend you a great book 📖 for life, The 7 habits of highly effective people. Even if you just read 1 book a year go ahead a pick this one, I promise you will thank me later 😉

Why? Can you feel Hana’s happiness on the picture? That my friend reflects today’s private victory. Her happiness is possible due to my own state (in general a balanced one) where I waked up without picking my phone in favor of some short reading time, some breakfast and then decided to pick some light exercise (in the form of dog walking 😂) which energized me enough to write this blog post as practice and skill sharpening. Eventually practice helps improve further aspects of life.

Overtime these habits form character and result on whatever we may desire to become.
